Marine engines also produce strong vibrations which, without adequate insulation, are transmitted to the hull. Effective engine room insulation is essential for comfort on board.

Using highly effective base materials and suitable surface laminations, our state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing technology produces precisely tailored soundproofing components, from conventional panels to complex 3D acoustic moulded parts.
For the core of your soundproofing solution, we use a range of base materials selected according to the type of noise (airborne noise/ structure-borne noise/ vibrations), fire protection requirements and other environmental influences.
As both effectiveness and appearance often play an important role in soundproofing solutions, we can also manufacture your components with profiled surfaces on request.
To protect the core material of your soundproofing solution from dirt and liquids or to give the components an even more attractive appearance, we can laminate our base materials with various surface coverings on request.
For easy installation and reliable adhesion, even in difficult locations, we can equip your soundproofing components with our self-adhesive backing. Lamination with a heavy acoustic barrier membrane is particularly suitable for composite solutions designed to reduce structure-borne noise and vibrations.
