Important Information Regarding Your Right of Withdrawal

All of our aixFOAM sound absorbers are generally manufactured individually for you. This means that, depending on the product type and order, the raw material is not only cut to size but may also be split, milled, profiled, laminated, die-cut, or equipped with a self-adhesive backing.

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, which you accepted when purchasing your aixFOAM absorbers in our online shop, we would like to point out that our custom-made sound absorbers are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) Sentence 1 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Upon receipt of your request via the contact form below, we will review any potential claim for cancellation on a case-by-case basis.
