Delivery inside Germany:

Deliveries within Germany are usually shipped with our shipping partner trans-o-flex or via forwarding on the following terms:

• Shipping fee of € 16.95;: For the shipment of our larger than average packages (girth about 3 m) we charge for orders under a value of 250 € a einmalige one-off cost flat rate.
• Free shipping: From a value of 250 € and when ordering via the aixFOAM Shop, you will receive your goods completely free of charge – without additional delivery costs.

Deliveries abroad:

In order to keep the costs as low as possible for you when shipping abroad, we use various logistics partners to ship our sound absorbers. This is why we cannot state any fixed prices here. For the best possible transparency and accuracy of the costs, you can see these directly in the shopping basket after selecting your country of delivery.

Delivery times

Your sound absorbers are manufactured individually for you in our factory. Production time may therefore vary depending on the nature and extent of your order.
The subsequent shipping of your sound absorbers usually takes one to three working days. Exceptions are reserved. As soon as your sound absorbers leave our factory, you will be notified by e-mail.

Further general information about the delivery of your aixFOAM sound absorber

• For reasons of transport protection sound absorbers in mounting cassettes or mounting cassettes as accessories are always shipped via freight forwarding and on disposable wooden pallets.
• Unfortunately, due to the size of our shipping boxes, it is not possible to deposit your sound absorbers at a Packstation.
• As a manufacturing company, over the years we have optimised and automated our logistics processes. For this reason, we would like to ask you not to choose self-collection for your shop order. Please understand that self-collection is only possible in individual cases, however possible freight costs stated in your order confirmation cannot be refunded.
