PayPal is available as a payment method for billing addresses from all our listed delivery countries.

After confirming your order in the aixFOAM Shop, you will be forwarded to the external PayPal site where you can simply and securely make your payment for your sound absorbers.

If you are already a PayPal customer, you can simply and conveniently login with your user details and make the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can register as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Receipt of the payment is typically recorded by us within a few minutes and you order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Credit card (Mastercard/ Visa)

Payment by credit card is available billing addresses from all our listed delivery countries.

Of course you can also pay simply and securely in the aixFOAM Shop with a credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.

You do not have to leave the aixFOAM site to enter your data, instead you can enter the details directly at the checkout.

Your purchase in the aixFOAM shop is additionally secured. For this you will need your 3D Secure-Code, if you have set up this process with your bank for payments by credit card.

You are forwarded to your bank's external input site for the code to be entered. Mastercard calls this solution "Mastercard Secure Code“, Visa calls it "Verified by Visa".

"Verified by VISA" and "MasterCard Secure Code" allows the especially secure settlement of credit card transactions on the internet using a special encryption process.

Your credit card details are not saved and are encrypted using SSL and forwarded to your bank. Your credit card purchase in the aixFOAM Shop is especially secure thanks to this security standard.

Typically, your credit card is charged and the payment received within a few minutes, meaning your order is processed as quickly as possible.

giropay

Payment by giropay is only possible for billing addresses in Germany.

For payment by giropay you only need an online banking account with a participating Sparkasse or bank.

In the aixFOAM Shop checkout, you first enter your BIC and IBAN. Your data is then sent to your bank securely encrypted.

After placing your order in the aixFOAM Shop, you are forwarded to your bank's online banking site where you can login with your Login ID and PIN. You can then confirm the payment by entering a TAN. This also reserves your purchase.

Typically, the payment is received by us within a few hours, meaning your order is processed without delay.

Immediate payment

Payment by immediate payment is only possible for billing addresses from our following delivery countries: Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain

If paying using immediate payment, you do not have to login to your online banking account separately, but instead you just enter your IBAN and BIC in the aixFOAM Shop checkout.

After placing your order, you are forwarded to the secure payment page. Here you can make the payment by entering your account number and online banking PIN and then confirm it by entering a TAN. This also reserves your purchase in the aixFOAM Shop.

Payment is typically received 1 – 2 workdays later. Your order will then be processed.

Prepayment

Prepayment is available for billing addresses from all our listed delivery countries.

After placing your order in the aixFOAM Shop, you receive an email from us with the required information about our bank details. After receiving payment, your sound absorbers are manufactured individually for you and shipped as quickly as possible.

Payment is typically received 1 – 2 workdays later. Your order will then be processed.

ATTENTION: Please note that any foreign payment fees shall be charged to you. As the incoming payments are checked automatically, the system rejects incorrect payments. This leads to unnecessary delivery delays.

So please find out about your bank's foreign transaction fees first and add them to the invoice amount for your order in the aixFOAM Shop.

Amazon Pay

Payment by Amazon Pay is available for billing addresses from all our listed delivery countries.

For simple and quick payment with Amazon Pay you need an Amazon account.

From the Express-Checkout you are forwarded directly to the Amazon Pay payment site. Here you can login securely with your login details and simply select your delivery and billing address from your saved address details and your saved payment information. You then complete the purchase as usual via Amazon.

Receipt of the payment by us can vary depending on your preferred payment method. As soon as we are able to record your payment as received, your order will be processed straight away.

Direct debit

Payment by direct debit is only possible for billing addresses in Germany.

In the aixFOAM Shop you can easily pay by direct debit. The invoice amount is then automatically collected by us from your bank account.

You do not have to leave the aixFOAM site to enter your data, instead you can enter the details directly at the checkout. Your data is then sent to the payment provider securely encrypted.

For security reasons, approval by the payment provider may take several days. After receipt of your payment, your order is processed further.

Purchase on account for corporate customers

Purchase on account is only possible for corporate customers with a billing address from our following delivery countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland

For an order value above € 250 and up to € 5,000 you can purchase your sound absorbers conveniently on account.

We need your company number for purchase on account. If you do not have a company number, for example if you are a public organisation of association, please contact our service team.

After placing the order, and with shipment of your sound absorbers, you will receive an invoice from us will the necessary payment information.

The payment term for invoices is 14 days (from the invoice date) and can be settled by bank transfer.

Payment by iDEAL is only possible for billing addresses in The Netherlands.

To pay using iDEAL, you just need an online banking account with a participating bank (ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING Bank, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot).

After confirming your order in the aixFOAM Shop, you are forwarded directly to the iDEAL secure payment site where after selecting your bank you can login with your account number and PIN. You then have to approve your payment by entering a TAN. This also reserves your purchase in the aixFOAM Shop.

Receipt of the payment is typically recorded by us within a few hours and you order will be processed as without delay.

eps (Austria)

Payment by eps is only possible for billing addresses in Austria.

For payment by eps you merely need a bank account with one of the participating banks, such as Bank Austria, BAWAG P.S.K., Erste Bank-Sparkasse, Hypobank, Raiffeisenbank, Spänglerbank or Volksbank.

After placing your order in the aixFOAM Shop, you are forwarded directly to the secure eps payment site. Here you first have to enter the name of your bank (or the BIC or sort code) and then you can login with your access details. The transaction is completed securely by entering a TAN.

The data exchange takes place exclusively via SSL encryption and MD5 fingerprinting, which correspond to the highest security standards. As a result your purchase in the aixFOAM Shop is particularly secure.
