The fire classes of the aixFOAM absorbers do not only refer to the material, but always include the products including the mounting options offered by us, such as our STICKY self-adhesive kit.
More information about the fire classes of our sound absorbers is available the relevant aixFOAM knowledge article.
onestring/ twostring | Cable system for wall mounting
Attach your onestring/twostring cable system easily and reliably to a wall or a wooden or concrete truss. You can install a variety of absorbers in no time at all by simply hooking the aixFOAM acoustic sails into the cable system using the metal hooks on the elements.STRINGwing | Bracket for ceiling mounting
With the STRINGwing ceiling bracket , you can easily install aixFOAM acoustic sails on ceilings made of natural stone, masonry, reinforced concrete or prefabricated ceilings made of brick, pumice or aerated concrete. Install a large number of absorbers in no time at all and simply hang the aixFOAM acoustic sails onto the cable stretched between the brackets using the metal hooks on the elements. In the production (foaming) of this acoustic material different sized pores (voids) can arise. Voids are typical for the material, do not represent a quality defect and do not affect the acoustic properties of the absorber.
More information about this product is available, if required, in the accompanying datasheet. We are happy to provide you with this upon request.
Our sound absorbers made of thermoset acoustic foam are the ideal solution for rooms with particularly high soundproofing and fire protection requirements. They owe their unsurpassed acoustic properties to the extremely fine, open pore structure that almost completely absorbs sound. They are flame retardant without the addition of flame retardants and thus meet many regulations to ensure fire safety in public buildings.

The sound absorption coefficient measurements were determined in accordance with DIN EN ISO 52212 and refer to an absorber surface of 100 cm x 50 cm. The exact absorption values can be found on the product pages of our respective acoustic sails.

At aixFOAM we make sound insulation for applications in room acoustics and technical acoustics. And because we do this particularly well, we have been doing it for 65 years. Over this time we have been constantly working on the further development of our products and therefore are able to offer you highly effective sound absorbers in a modern design.
Our aixFOAM philosophy: We combine customer-oriented advice with the individual, needs-based production of sound insulation solutions. Or in other words: We help you with free advice to find the ideal sound insulation for your project and start to make your absorbers directly after receiving your order. You then receive your sound insulation directly from the factory naturally in the best quality.

„Our cable system is the clever and stylish soundproofing solution for prestigious rooms. You can attach a whole series of acoustic sails in no time at all, which you can move, replace or remove at any time. By fixing them below the ceiling, the acoustic sails are particularly effective at reducing reverberation and noise.“
